For most clients, there is no cost as we arrange for our fee to be covered by the builder, developer, real estate agent, or property investment agency. As long as we source the property for you, you won’t incur any costs.
Option 2 $16,990
If you prefer to find your own property but still want access to our planning, strategy, data, advice, and negotiation skills, a fixed fee will apply. Please note that availability to this programme is limited and acceptance is not guaranteed.
